Recipe Wednesday - Skor Bit Bars!

Tonight on Recipe Wednesday I'm sharing one of my favorite recipes for Skor Bit Bars! These are a family and friend favorite around here! They never last long and people are always asking me for the recipe, so I thought what better way to celebrate my very first Wednesday Recipe than with such a great Recipe!

Skor Bit Bars


·         1 box Ritz crackers
·         1 package Skor Chipits
·         1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk (300ml) (get the real stuff ;))
·         1 cup milk chocolate chips


·         Crush crackers into small crumbs. 
·         In large bowl, mix crackers, ¾ the bag of the Skor Chipits, and the can of condensed milk.
·         Press into bottom of greased 9x13inch pan.
·         Bake at 350 degrees/176 Celsius for 10 minutes.

·         Immediately pour the chocolate chips evenly over the top of the bars. Allow them to sit for a few minutes to melt, then spread evenly over the top. (If they aren't melting, stick the pan back into the oven for a minute or two.) Sprinkle on the remaining skor Chipits. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
